I was quoted a $5 monthly rate and 1.75% per transaction for card processing - I was promised by Mary Beth that there would be no other fees associated with my account. I later received a letter telling me that certain cards would carry a higher rate. I called twice to find out details about this letter and no one there even knew what letter I was talking about. I then was not able to process credit cards for some reason and no one could give me an answer on that either. This company charged my bank account $50.95 and it took me several days to get a partial answer on the charge, and another 2 weeks to get the rest of the answer. After all was said and done, they decided they were only going to refund me $25 of that. VERY unhappy with this company.
