Very detailed with the information. We received a bid that itemized the savings. Was easy to read! No hidden fees. Actually, there were NO FEES! Thank you Mersa Tech.

In my opinion Mersatech is the worst merchant processing company in Colorado if not the entire planet! Absolutely horrid service to say the least.

Hated losing money with Groupon and Living Social so Mary Beth showed us how a mobile app connected with our account would let us control our offers AND get more customers. It works!

Our business has grown and we needed a 2nd terminal to handle the business. We didn't have phone line or internet cable that would reach the new station. Mary Beth suggested a WiFi terminal that solved both problems. We've been her client for over 6 years and very happy.

The rate review that Mary Beth did for us resulted in saving over $250 each month on our credit card fees. Loved that I was able to get newer EMV compliant equipment and save thousands each year!

I was quoted a $5 monthly rate and 1.75% per transaction for card processing - I was promised by Mary Beth that there would be no other fees associated with my account. I later received a letter telling me that certain cards would carry a higher rate. I called twice to find out details about this letter and no one there even knew what letter I was talking about. I then was not able to process credit cards for some reason and no one could give me an answer on that either. This company charged my bank account $50.95 and it took me several days to get a partial answer on the charge, and another 2 weeks to get the rest of the answer. After all was said and done, they decided they were only going to refund me $25 of that. VERY unhappy with this company.
