I originally gave this company one star because I was really disappointed with the unexpected fees, which were poorly explained by my sales person. My original review is below. Once I complained about the fees, I was connected with Marc, who worked with the third party company I had been billed by to get my money refunded. Although I'm happy with the resolution, this has been a frustrating and time consuming experience overall, hence the 3 stars. Marc did a great job getting my money back, but the disappointment with the experience can't be fully erased.ORIGINAL REVIEW:When you sigh up for this service make sure you know EVERYTHING that you are signing up for. The package will include other services that will add fees in the future and hit you unexpectedly, which for a small business is a big challenge. I'm still dealing with charges I didn't know about from a subsidiary company to Merchant One.
