These people have been calling me for months with soliciting calls. Trying to trick us into an appointment because they "took on the government to get business owners better rates". A soliciting call is a soliciting call no matter how you pitch it. Several people including myself have asked them to stop calling my office. They don't listen, they call every day several times a day. We get yelled at, hung up on and insulted every time we ask them to stop. This is harassment.

Horrible company. The merchant payment processing company they use "I-Payment" are complete crooks and scam artists. I cancelled my account with them over 2 years ago because they would always try toto char me hidden annual and monthly fees even though my account was supposed to be 100% free other than the 1.5% per swipe fee they were charging me. I would constantly have to call customer service and tell them I wasn't supposed to have any annual or monthly fees. Calling customer service was always a long wait then when they finally issue the refund it would take 4 weeks to get my money back. Finally I had enough and cancelled all services with them and switched to Chase Merchant Services in 2017 but the fees from I-Payment didn't stop. In January 2018 they charged me a $179 annual fee even though my account was cancelled. I had to inconvenience myself and call them again to get refunded which took about 4 weeks again. Then just again today in Jan 2019 another $179 annual fee from I-Payment shows up again even though I cancelled my account with them over 2 years ago! This time I called my bank and reported the charge as fraudulent which it is. Please avoid doing any business with this company and "I-Payment" they are crooks and scam artists and will try to steal your money every chance they get. Avoid this nightmare.

CROOKS!!!!! Horrible Traumatic Experience ce!!!!! agent Jake Jacob from Palm beach gardens in Florida is extremely aggressive sales person he is vicious & unprofessional. I'am so happy I didn't sign up with this Company. They lie about hidden fees on their contract. Good thing my banker revised before I would've signed a 4year contract.

I wish I could put zero, serious crooks! I signed an application and then I didn't move forward. I notified all the parties I was not going to do the deal! They still took over $300 from my bank account using my voided check. Absolute fraud!!!! STAY AWAY!!!

This is a scammer company. They generated issues on our company cash-flow, by withdrawing over $ 150,000.00 multiple times "By Mistake".Overcharges on the Early Termination Fees, even when our contract states: NO E.T.F.I wish I could give 0 Stars

LIES, worst company...If you want to be stuck in a 4 year Bul**** contract for your credit card machine and NOT EVEN be able to accept DEBIT the good for you. DJ is the most dishonest salesperson and good luck getting a hold of anyone - its like the actual company doesn't even exist. Had to cancel and THANK GOD our old merchant service provider paid the $500 fee. Central Payment is 150% better

Dont go near them, they just a rude and rippoff company the customer service is 0 and the sales men are lairs.. they appear nice when they want to get your account, and after then they show you who they really are
