Client Review on Members Cooperative Credit Union

Unfortunately, I had to leave one star in order to leave a review. MCCU doesn't even deserve one star. My debt card numbers were stolen and it took over a month to get a new card. The fraud prevention person, Stephanie Koski never once relied to ANY of my calls or voice mails, NOT ONCE! After many calls trying to figure out where my new card was, I was told a different story from several different staff. "The cards come from Arizona", The cards come from Florida", The cards come from Shakopee".... Well, the cards are made and sent from Duluth MN, and shouldn't take 6 weeks to get! I finally told them to cancel the one they claimed to send me, and send me a new one... Got the new one in 3 days! The first one was never made nor sent! After leaving messages with a manager at North Branch named Jill, she has still left my voice mail unanswered. I did ask a staff member who I would talk to about this whole ordeal, and she gave me the name of a Tammy Heikkinen, but tells me she can't give out a phone number or email address to contact Tammy. What kind of way to do business is that? All around HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and below sub par service!Update; they see this review and immediately respond to it.... That's what it takes to get someone from this organization to get back to you? Is to leave a bad review? How incredibly sad that it came down to this. Just another bad business practice MCCU!
