They will not answer the phones and seem to make up their own rules as they go! I will be pulling my funds and switching banks.

Unfortunately, I had to leave one star in order to leave a review. MCCU doesn't even deserve one star. My debt card numbers were stolen and it took over a month to get a new card. The fraud prevention person, Stephanie Koski never once relied to ANY of my calls or voice mails, NOT ONCE! After many calls trying to figure out where my new card was, I was told a different story from several different staff. "The cards come from Arizona", The cards come from Florida", The cards come from Shakopee".... Well, the cards are made and sent from Duluth MN, and shouldn't take 6 weeks to get! I finally told them to cancel the one they claimed to send me, and send me a new one... Got the new one in 3 days! The first one was never made nor sent! After leaving messages with a manager at North Branch named Jill, she has still left my voice mail unanswered. I did ask a staff member who I would talk to about this whole ordeal, and she gave me the name of a Tammy Heikkinen, but tells me she can't give out a phone number or email address to contact Tammy. What kind of way to do business is that? All around HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and below sub par service!Update; they see this review and immediately respond to it.... That's what it takes to get someone from this organization to get back to you? Is to leave a bad review? How incredibly sad that it came down to this. Just another bad business practice MCCU!

I absolutely hate the service of this Credit Union, no one is ever doing their jobs. Any issues that you do have don't ever get resolved. If you call to talk to someone it is a complete nightmare and cannot get through For at least 30 mins. I AM CALLING NORTH BRANCH LOCATION TO TALK TO SOMEONE FROM NORTH BRANCH NOT THE DAMN CALL CENTER. Tammy Heikkinen you need to fix your damn staff and get this worked out. I will be withdrawing all of my accounts and completely switching financial institutions. You literally only got one star because you can't leave a review without clicking a star.

I hate the long waits on the hold with a never ending message over and over and no one ever answers!! I just would like to hit 0 and have an live person help me get in touch with a associate!!

Newer teller manager is extremely rude and condescending. Has no care for you or your concerns. Already in the process of switching my banking elsewhere.

I've been banking here for over 5 years, been working at my current jon for over a year, and I've also been bringing all my per diem checks here everytime I go out of town for work. I have had no issues with the bank until recently where the same lady is not letting my checks go threw because of 'Non matching funds' which I was told is not mandatory but actually up to the person at the counter. So why I keep getting treated this way is beyond me.. I have been a loyal member here for years with no issues at all until this. The assistant branch manager Jill has been very helpful with bypassing this teller that keeps doing this to me. So thank you Jill. You're the best part about the bank now. Keep being a good person to the members, it goes a long way!

One week they are able to cash my payroll check then the next time they wont. Long lines not enough people in staff to take care of the members.
