Worst service in Waco! I told them I didn’t want overdraft protection and put it on anyways. For four years I’ve been trying to get it off. Four years later, they take it off and they informed me that they would still take out charges if scheduled payments didn’t go through. I’m going to bank somewhere else. The best advice I can give you if you’re thinking of banking here, DON’T! It will literally save you more money banking somewhere else.
