2nd time this year that my debit card number was compromised and cancelled. I can't tell you how awesome it is to be holding up the checkout line unable to pay for your groceries.

I love it here. A lot of other banks have screwed me around and over, but I have always had positive experiences here. I definitely recommend.

Have been banking with them for at least 20 years maybe longer, have bought several cars through them and had several loans all that has been paid off and never late but that does not matter when getting a loan they base your interest rate off of your credit score. Also they only give one courtesy overdraft fee a year. I called to see if I could get and overdraft returned the same day they charged me but the supervisor said no, told me I already had one for the year and that I have free checking maybe I ought to consider the checking with the $300 balance at all times. Everyone cannot afford do that. I remember when I first started with this credit union they were about helping people but that has been long gone out the door. Will probably get punished for making this post as well.

Not the regular workers there but the management is awful.They walk around with an ugly look and don't smile back at you. Not friendly at all.

My husband and I met with Kay Busby this morning to go over a few things and we absolutely loved her! Super sweet and helpful. She is a great person to have working for yalls team. Thank you guys for helping with all are concerns.

If you have a loan through them and have to make a payment over the phone they over charge you.

Honestly, they suck. They will try to hit your account early for every fee they can possibly soak out of you

Don't expect to get your money back if someone hacked your account! It's been almost a month since we had someone use our bank account for fraudulent charges and we have yet to see any of our money back. We brought it to their attention the day it happened (it was still pending) and nothing! It's only $50, but that's the account my daughter's health insurance comes out of and it put us in a huge bind. Educators Credit Union actually gave us our money back the same day while they fought for the money back. The only reason we have this account is because the mortgage and car payments are through them.

I've had a great experience banking here. They take security seriously. On multiple occasions, I've had to confirm my identity by other means other than my driver license in order to prevent fraud. While it is annoying, I am thankful they do that for my protection! Will continue banking here for a long time.
