Love this place! Great selection and a very knowledgeable and friendly staff.But I do take exception with something. It has been difficult to find USDA graded beef. I've seen USDA choice sirloin (sliced ultra thin). But as for larger, primal cuts of beef like ribeye or New York strip found in their walk-in cooler is all from Mexico. I don't have any problems with Mexico, except with the quality of the beef. You might get a nice cut with intra-muscular fat similar to a USDA choice graded beef, but often that is not the case. Is it possible to have choice or even prime beef at a meat market with as much business as Mcauliffes sees? I should think so...

We always get great meat and great prices at McAuliffe’s. Their blue cheese is so fresh and amazing on just about everything! We had purchased a full Ribeye tenderloin a while back, wasn’t impressed with that particular one, but you just don’t know what cow your eating! Could be that one who kept leaning on that darn electric fence! LolBut seriously, we found this lace 4 years ago and only one questionable piece of meat, that is pretty darn good! If your doing KETO, you must get their bacon. Better than any grocery store bacon you will ever buy.

Good price on all there meat. I been going there for about 15 years. Only down fall is I had problem with there Stakes they seem tough. Other then that it a great place.
