Client Review on Mazuma Credit Union

Great credit union. I have no idea where the complaints about rude staff are coming from. I usually go to the Troost and Crossroads location, and have always received excellent service there. If you are thinking about making the switch to a credit union from a private bank, definitely do it. I came from Commerce Bank, and went from getting charged account fees every month to making money every month from dividends.Only negative experience I had was that, when I inquired about getting a house loan through the bank, I basically could only get low-effort responses from the specialist I got referred to. Couldn't get a face to face meeting or clear answers to my questions. Don't be dissuaded, though - the banking service itself has always been excellent.
