I have completed two home purchases with the assistance of Caliber Home Loans, and the most recent was with Team Allen. The process was absolutely flawless, even with his team being in Washington and me in Arizona! I would highly recommend them to any person looking for a new home purchase or to re-finance an existing mortgage.

Matt Allen and team are amazing. They took our complicated situation (cross country re-location, new jobs for both of us, and a sale of an existing house) and handled the purchase of our new dream house with ease. Shannon, on Matt's team, got us pre-approved in under 48 hours, which enabled us to put in a strong offer on our house. We were able to move the closing date up and closed in under 30 days. In fact, from the first email to Matt and team to the closing of our house was around 30 days! The speed and level of professionalism displayed by everyone on the team is leaps beyond anyone else. We’ve worked with other lenders in the past on both purchases and refinances. Matt and his team have blown everyone else out of the water; not only were they the fastest and easiest to work with, this was the most painless process for us given our move and sale in NY. Everyone on his team has been a pleasure to work with and they all kept in constant contact on the status of our loan application and what would happen next. Thank you all so much!

In today’s sellers market, it is really important to have lender with you which can give you strong pre approval and ability to close the deal.We got our house, because of pre-underwritten preapproval provided by Matt’s team, seller chose our offer over other lucrative offer, just because seller had confidence with our pre underwriter approval.To add to preapproval, I also had property outside USA, Matt’s team made sure all the documentation for the same during preapproval itself and there were no surprises regarding that during closing.It was really smooth experience working with Matt’s team, everything was organized, timely and we were able to close 10 days ahead of our planned closing date.

Matt and his team are prompt and professional. I have worked with him on 2 re-fi's and I just secured my second home loan through them. They are great at explaining the in's and outs of the home loan process, and have great tool to show you your payment options and ways to improve your loan. I also like that I make my payments directly though Caliber, even if they sell off my loan (unlike a lot of other companies). I would definitely use them again.

Our experience with Matt and James' team at Caliber has been nothing short of exceptional. They have made the entire home buying process so transparent and smooth. Their team is willing to go the extra mile to make sure you understand every step of the process. In addition, they have worked long hours and even on their days off to accommodate us. They have also been able to offer quick and easy closing which is very valuable with the housing market these days. Overall, our experience with the team has been fantastic and I would do it the same all over again! (Hopefully that's a bit further down the road though!) I would definitely recommend them to anyone I knew that was in the market for a new home.
