I thought i was the only one experiencing bad service with this bank and feeling a type of way! After reading reviews, i see I AM NOT ALONE! This is the worst bank and their policies show how lazy and laid back this bank really is! If you are looking for a “ABOVE AND BEYOND “ bank....goooo somewhere else!!! It takes 100 days for u to get your money back if you dispute a transaction! (Pray no one compromise your account)Last Christmas they put a block on my card and NO ONE COULD TELL ME WHY!! And still cant!!! So for 4 days i had no funds...they wouldnt call fed ex to have them reship my package. Representative told me ITS NOT PROTOCOL ♀️ He had no problem with showing he was agitated and not willing to help me. I have been with this bank for 4 years. I can go on and on. The only reason i stay with them is because of the mini loans. Thats the only thing they are good for and i think they know it!!! Trash...
