I thought i was the only one experiencing bad service with this bank and feeling a type of way! After reading reviews, i see I AM NOT ALONE! This is the worst bank and their policies show how lazy and laid back this bank really is! If you are looking for a “ABOVE AND BEYOND “ bank....goooo somewhere else!!! It takes 100 days for u to get your money back if you dispute a transaction! (Pray no one compromise your account)Last Christmas they put a block on my card and NO ONE COULD TELL ME WHY!! And still cant!!! So for 4 days i had no funds...they wouldnt call fed ex to have them reship my package. Representative told me ITS NOT PROTOCOL ‍♀️ He had no problem with showing he was agitated and not willing to help me. I have been with this bank for 4 years. I can go on and on. The only reason i stay with them is because of the mini loans. Thats the only thing they are good for and i think they know it!!! Trash...

I don't know how or why Marriott is in business with this company... Super outdated services... You have to mail in a request to get a password reset. Excuse me??... I'm surprised she didn't say send us a smoke signal. If one can give negative stars. I'd give a negative 5. without a doubt. }}:^o UPDATE YOUR SERVICES!!!!!!! Damn!! in order to post, I have to give a star. They get you even in that way. SMDH!! UPDATE YOUR SERVICES!!!!!!!!

OMG I have been with this credit union for over 12 years. Had a situation with my account and the lady in collections was the nastiest disrespectful person I ever talk to she did not want to listen to anything I had to say. Requested a manager to call me back since November 2017 and as of today 12-15 still no call. Closed the account. I suggest you do the same if you have any accounts with them. Such a shame they do not give the Marriott service I am accustom to. UPDATE..still no call from the manager 12-20 2017 . Friends let's keep a count on how long it's going to take..

I have had way too many issues with MEFCU! I just got my direct deposit like clock work, and now my card is not working. I am a college student that pays for tuition out of pocket and I support myself. So, when I go grocery shopping, you better believe only go when I know I have money available. As soon as I go to check out, the card declines. I spent an hour on the phone, by the way I had to walk to the store with my wagon, trying to see why it was declining. Customer service did not know why nor did the fraud department. They told me I had to wait until the next business day to speak with someone due to the veterans day holiday. So, i have absolutely no access to my own money and they cannot tell me why. As soon as I am able to get ALL of my money, i will be shutting down the account. The absolute worst banking services I have ever encountered.

Heading down to close out my account today. I have banked with them for years but the short hours, inconvenient location, lack of means to electronically deposit checks and the 5-10 day holds on deposits is ridiculous.

Horrible customer service skills. Got told “there’s nothing we can do for you” and their attitude continued with them snickering when I asked them to speak to their supervisor. Unacceptable. I will be changing banks next week for sure.

This has got to be the worst damn bank ever. Marriott is such a classy hotel, but how can the bank be so awful. The only thing this bank is good for is nothing. You constantly always have to wait. Then the services are always outdated. It takes them damn near a week to call you back. One service rep will tell u something, then u call back and hear something else. Yeah its definitely time to go bank somewhere else. Its not worth it. Bill Marriott needs to read these damn Reviews! Everyone on these reviews is saying the same thing. Its always a problem with this bank. And the issue can never be resolved right away. It's always let me have someone give you a call back... What is your best contact number... And you never hear from the person, so you end up calling back again waiting on hold for almost an hour.... Not worth it. And the mini loan is a joke also. Leave this bank. I work for marriott and they outta be ashamed for this type of business.
