My wife banks here, so I came in to open an account. I stood there for ten minutes while two tellers assisted one family with their travel plans (something that should have been handled by anyone other than a teller, and definitely not two.) Not one person came to see if they could help me. I think I'll stick with my current bank. Probably a home loan opportunity missed.
