A few different times I’ve requested copies of a loan through them, also the payments history and still 3 weeks later did not receive anything. Call again and “oh, it was sent let me request it again” and over a week later received just the basic of the loan agreement and what payment is each month. Now again I called because I requested over 3 weeks ago from the loan officer another copy of the loan and to please include all details of the loan, all money down and all payments made on the loan. I was told it would be requested again. The loan officer has know the importance of the request needed today. I was told I would receive a call back when the documents were sent and did not! I’m for now stuck using this credit union, but as soon as I’m able to transfer the loan it will be done
