A few different times I’ve requested copies of a loan through them, also the payments history and still 3 weeks later did not receive anything. Call again and “oh, it was sent let me request it again” and over a week later received just the basic of the loan agreement and what payment is each month. Now again I called because I requested over 3 weeks ago from the loan officer another copy of the loan and to please include all details of the loan, all money down and all payments made on the loan. I was told it would be requested again. The loan officer has know the importance of the request needed today. I was told I would receive a call back when the documents were sent and did not! I’m for now stuck using this credit union, but as soon as I’m able to transfer the loan it will be done

Was thankful they were able to help me with a loan, however the payments are inexcusable even for someone who has poor credit, on top of that they are super nosey with your situations. For example, I totaled my car and my insurance lapsed. LUCKILY I had the forced placed insurance that helped with paying off this loan, my insurance I had at the time of the accident lapsed and I've had to explain why like 10 different times. I'm sorry but that gets exhausting. I can promise you, you will be mislead with information they tell you. And then when they get in trouble, they take it out on you. I lost a lot of respect for marine credit union. I do not plan on going back ever again after how I was treated.

I do not recommend this bank at all. They are not flexible and take weeks to get an answer for a loan. If they need any extra paper work they will wait to ask for it. They wont work with you in getting paper sign. They promise things and then end up doing something else. Do not understand that you do not have a flexible schedule. So technically not interested in having you as a customer. Went to CAPITAL CREDIT UNION and got my loan done in a day. The representative stayed extra after her shift to help me sign the papers. They wete super great. Flexible and understanding. Love CAPITAL CREDIT UNION. I suggest the one in MORRIS AVE , GREEN BAY. They are awesome.

Do NOT deal with that Kim at Suamico location ! She was awful ! Had THREE PERFECT payment loans and she then said 21% was the best she could do for apr !!!! She was rude and lied several times !!!! But I need to THANK her because of her I found Fox Credit Union who was sooo much better !!!!

This place is a joke Kim that works here she deals with car loans she lies and strings you along all they want is your money don’t go to this place unless you enjoy being strung along they will approve you but any vehicles you find that don’t fit HER liking she won’t do anything for you she’ll just ignore you then tell you later it’s not good enough! Complete waste of time if you like to be strung along and lied to then this is your place ! If I could give a no star I would
