Client Review on Lower Valley Credit Union

Unfortunately if I could give this bank no stars I definitely would.. worst bank I’ve ever been with, slow and sometimes no service at all. Each time I’ve been in the drive thru each employee has just walked by and stated not saying a thing to me making me wait a long time and they go about their business like if they don’t have any people out there waiting. They need to know when to be staffed if they are always busy on that day of the week. I have tried to reach them on the phone in the past and no one ever answers my calls, I try the toll free number and the GRANDVIEW branch number and NO help on both lines. I even tried the get help fast text line and nothing! I tried again today called the toll number 7 times and the branch location 4 times which is a lot I should be helped on the first call at least put on hold which is better than absolutely no contact but no... I am closing my account with this bank, bad management. The entire bank needs improvement, on the ATMs, and training for staff and phone lines... very, very disappointed. I will not recommend this bank to anyone unless I see some real changes.
