Don't but tires here. They refuse to warranty defective Steer tire. Tread started flying off Kelly steer tire 3 weeks old.

Rude and unprofessional!!! Slow with orders act like they didn't want to serve at subway... Made it at 9pm hungry... Cheaters had 3 wings no telling how long they been there said that was all for the night... Was sitting at a pump that was blocked off to eat... (There was a truck there before me) they announced I would be towed if I did not move that the pump did not work... They could have told me while I was getting my food it took almost 30 mins for them to make my 2 wraps and was rushing to do it and stopped to tell other people they will be with them soon... I will not stop again not recommend anyone else to go!!! I spent almost $50 there no one asked about my loves card... It was a dry and unpleasant experience!!!

My mom & I have stopped at almost every loves travel center on our way along the I-40 w, from gastonia North Carolina to California & out of all the travel stops Loves is hands down our favorite.

NO STARS! AVOID THIS PLACE.no coffee at all and the major issue is mold growing out of the drink fountain!Manager on duty didnt care, brushed it off as sunrise shift not doing thier job. No, sir, neither are YOU.

Stood in subway line for 15 minutes no one even looked at me except for the one nice girl waiting on the guy in front of me.. as I watched 4 different subway uniformed employees walk around doing nothing except coming out of the back occasionally to refill their own drinks and talk to each other, yet when I was finally waited on by the same nice girl who was the only one doing any work she had nothing ready and had to keep going to the back to get stuff. I finally had to leave without my food because I ran out of time. My question is who's the guy that owns this place that's paying these employees to do nothing but costing him/her to lose customers and money. I could understand one or two employees wasting time but FOUR! That's a bad business model.

Lot was full at night, and someone yelling through intercom at drivers for parking in fuel lanes, i get that. But, no towels in dispensers in mens room, and whole store looked like a pig pen.

I challenge you to count all the pee bottles on the ground. I counted 24 on my way to store from the truck!
