Paid off my loan a couple of months ago(2years earlier than it was supposed to be paid off by min payment) and after many calls and email, it still shows on my credit report as I haven't made a payment for 7 months :|This affected my financial life big time and IDK how far unprofessionalism has to go? What a shame...
