Best experience of my life with a bank. ALEXANDER PERRY’s customer service skills are amazing. Thank you for taking care of my parents and my self. So happy to be banking with such an amazing bank.

Have been a member of this Credit Union for over 30 years. I would not go anywhere else. They are helpful in all aspects and the staff is extremely pleasant. They have good returns on deposits. Their online banking is easy to use.

Almost 20 years of business with them and 3 car loans later. Never a late pay. Both the dealership and Logix Experian credit scores different??? how can that be???? Relationships no longer matter to this credit union I guess that's why they changed their name to use the word "bank" in it. No more recommendations from us to others looking for a credit union. Dont give them your business they don't deserve it.

Worst Credit Union Ever, do not trust anyone's review. I closed my account and they reopened without my consent or sending notification in any way or form. The credit union charged SEVEN insufficient funds fee and authorized ACH transaction without my consent. I will be escalating this issue with NAFCU if they continue keeping my account active.

Logix is by far the best bank in Los Angeles. Nelson was a great help and I appreciate him basically saving the day. I highly recommend this company.

False advertising. They advertise that they can/will use the same credit report (if pulled within 60 days) if you open an account or credit line with them to offer other products or loans. However, this is NOT the case. In speaking to them, I was advised that they needed to do another hard pull for consideration stating that my "credit report likely took a dip since I first opened an account with them, thus they would need to run it again." If that's the case, then why would you advertise that you have no problem using the same credit report? The accounts were opened two weeks prior. I have money transfers pending into them, which now I will reverse and take all money out and close the accounts. VERY MISLEADING.

Terrible car loan department in Burbank, my son Not only was denied a loan but was insulted by the representative. It's very strange how Ford Motor Company had no problem financing our 2018 Ford Fusion. Will be closing our account at Logix soon pulling our money out. Said they only approve high-end applicants what the hell does that mean?
