Feedback:

I wasn't happy at all with their services, reason being I dropped off a deer on a Wednesday and asked if it would take a week, I was told to expect it back sooner then that.I called the following Friday and was told it would ready for pickup later that afternoon or Saturday. Saturday came and went with no reply so I called on Monday and was told it wasn't even, started. So I called back on Tuesday and was told they are now starting on my order. I waited all day Tuesday and never heard anything back. Then I called again on Wednesday afternoon and was told it has been done and ready for the last couple days. They close at 5pm so we ended up meeting at the park and ride just off the freeway. By then it was dark and couldn't tell if the order was complete or not. To my dismay it was not complete, I had specifically requested 2 roasts, one shoulder and rump, and they weren't there. I also requested both bone in ribs and I didn't get those either. My order was filled out on paper by owner and was not complete. I'm really disappointed and will not be a repeat customer.
