They used to be great, but since issues with new co owner and never getting a order right, some song and dance why things never get done. I have had it with the expecting customers to revolve around them. The waste and missing cuts from my last Elk and implied increase in price to speed things up; I am still kicking myself in the azz for wasting money when Heritage Meats in Rochester or Home Meats in Shelton WA does way better work at a better price.

I have had nothing less than perfection from Littlerock Meats! It is always packaged done to my directions, always clearly marked, frozen solid and ready to hit my freezer straight from theirs. It is a family run business that always exceeds your expectations. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Repeat customer A bit scruffy as far as the facility, but they do a good job and offer good service. I like that they wrap in paper.

At beginning ,I was not happy. I ordered 10lbs dog food on 22nd of December, she told me will be ready the next day. On 23rd, I got a phone call saying that is not ready yet but I could come the next day at anytime to pick it up which is the Christmas Eve. So I came from centralia to the shop on Christmas Eve and no one there, ringed and no one answered. Left few voice massages. Waited for almost an hour , there was another man came to pick up his order, he is been told the same thing to coming at anytime. On 26th of December I received a phone call on my mobile from the owner and tell me that he was not feeling well and his daughter was too exciting about Christmas and forgot to tell him that there was few orders that was waiting for him. And I got my order delivered with more dog food and free of charge. And the dog food is really fresh and my dogs love them. Thanks for everything.

I wasn't happy at all with their services, reason being I dropped off a deer on a Wednesday and asked if it would take a week, I was told to expect it back sooner then that.I called the following Friday and was told it would ready for pickup later that afternoon or Saturday. Saturday came and went with no reply so I called on Monday and was told it wasn't even, started. So I called back on Tuesday and was told they are now starting on my order. I waited all day Tuesday and never heard anything back. Then I called again on Wednesday afternoon and was told it has been done and ready for the last couple days. They close at 5pm so we ended up meeting at the park and ride just off the freeway. By then it was dark and couldn't tell if the order was complete or not. To my dismay it was not complete, I had specifically requested 2 roasts, one shoulder and rump, and they weren't there. I also requested both bone in ribs and I didn't get those either. My order was filled out on paper by owner and was not complete. I'm really disappointed and will not be a repeat customer.
