If I could post without giving any stars I would.. Normally I would give companies a chance, even in spite of the negative reviews but today that was a mistake. I am VERY big on customer service and I do not see how people can be rude and abrasive when they rely on customers to keep their business open. I spoke with Chris Fuller and he was completely rude. He was over-talking me, cutting me off as I was trying to speak, and had the audacity to question my intelligence when I brought up the terms of agreement. I have multiple degrees and am very competent when it comes to interpreting anything I read. He has a very condescending tone when speaking with people and sadly if this is how the staff is at LendingPoint, they will not have much business. I strongly encourage anyone, when it comes to YOUR business, and how YOUR money will be spent, find a company that will appreciate you and will treat you with respect.
