Not sure why so many people gave bad ratings, maybe for not getting approved. Idk I had nothing but a great experience! Deborah was great, told me what documents I needed, had them to her in no time, had my approval with in an hour. Whole process didn't take longer than maybe 2 hours

I had my orginal loan for 2 years. No problem with the company made payments on and then the unexpected happened. Johnathan reached out and was able to help me get back on track. He gave me options and a decision was made from there. Process was fast and easy. Great company just remember to communicate if problems occur so they can help. Lending Point values their customers and they honor their loyal customers. This is a legit company.

Lending Point gives you the hope that you need.The website was user friendly and easy to navigate through.The only thing that I would say was a bit frustrating.Would be when you get to the part with uploading your documents. If you should happen to logout to gather you're documents to upload. That option is no longer there. My experience was logging back in after. I retrieve my documents for uploading to see that I was approved without that upload button no longer available so as I'm waiting the few days for my loan to be deposited. I happened to check my email and it said that. I can upload the information from there. Then it took me back to the login. Repeating the same thing. My loan has been approved. That's when i saw another e-mail from Clay Willis he was the loan specialist which played a big part with getting my loan process completed. He sent me multiple emails.He called and left voicemails very willing to help assist in anyway. He gave me options as to retrieve and send documents.He was also quick to reply within seconds. He constantly updated me and informed me as to what was going to happen next. It was like he was working for me he made me feel. Confident and importan.Thank you Clay i wish there was a way to recommend you to anyone applying for a personal loan through lending point so that they may experience the same experience I had with you. You are great five stars arcoss the board from me.

Would not recommend. I was extremely vigilant about getting all documentation in on time. I was told by Mario, my loan officer here in Atlanta Georgia that my loan would be processed quickly. When I asked any questions I was quickly shut down. I had hurdles but was willing to get a co-signer. Never asked. I also have multiple automobiles and own my home. I’m just going through a bad patch with medical bills. I just wanted to consolidate my debt but I would rather work night and day then be shamed by your representative and your company. Do not use!!!!!

This company is a scam, they will waste your time after obtaining all of your info. Jason pretends like he wants to help you, but he doesn't. Constantly telling you he's gonna call you back and he does not. He runs away and avoids speaking to you. Use another company if you're in need. DO NOT USE THEM.

Very unfair and PREDATORY lending company. Avoid them altogether. Zero disclosure. They force their loan on you just as soon as you see some strange undisclosed conditions in Interest rate and Processing Fees. Avoid them.

If I could post without giving any stars I would.. Normally I would give companies a chance, even in spite of the negative reviews but today that was a mistake. I am VERY big on customer service and I do not see how people can be rude and abrasive when they rely on customers to keep their business open. I spoke with Chris Fuller and he was completely rude. He was over-talking me, cutting me off as I was trying to speak, and had the audacity to question my intelligence when I brought up the terms of agreement. I have multiple degrees and am very competent when it comes to interpreting anything I read. He has a very condescending tone when speaking with people and sadly if this is how the staff is at LendingPoint, they will not have much business. I strongly encourage anyone, when it comes to YOUR business, and how YOUR money will be spent, find a company that will appreciate you and will treat you with respect.
