Staff have no idea how to talk to people, they talk to you like your garbage.

No reply to emails so phoned up and sounded super annoyed that I'd rang which I only did because my money that I put in from wages wasn't showing up after 2 weeks, didn't sound bothered just brushed me off, my account is now closed, I'll stick with the bank.

Rude staff, and manager Ash was very unhelpful and made me feel stupid. I filled in a loan application online, and I ticked business loan, because I didn’t realise that what I actually needed the loan for could of gone under personal. Plus I’ve never applied for a loan for my reason before so wasn’t straight forward for me.It’s not a reason I want to discuss but fact of the matter is with private health care it would help me get back into running my business which has been on hold for 3 years. Anyway, after trying to explain why I picked business loan, he said it didn’t matter because of the application I filled out, it was going to be a no. So why bother trying to ask me what it was for, which he also stated we don’t do business loans. But online you can tick for a business loan. He didn’t even give me opportunity to tell him exactly what I wanted loan for. I could of given him all medical records, all pricing and why it would help with my business. And I could of paid back loan at the monthly amounts I chose. My credit is bang on, but struggling getting a loan because I’m on benefits for now.Thanks for nothing credit union.

Months long/messy process.Walked into branch, sorted within five minutes. Staff ok, (5/10) don’t go above or beyond/that welcoming. But ok/not as bad as via email/phone!! (1/10)but not exactly good.... but not horrific.Info:- opening savings account, 4-6 weeks +- waiting on loan ..3+ months.Would use again, maybe....
