This is a great law firm for property matters. Lazaro Cardenas was my first point of contact. I had a tenant-subtenant issue in NJ where the subtenants were neither paying the rent nor moving out of the apartment. The case for eviction was filed in NJ but I had already moved to California, which made it extremely challenging. To make matters worse, my case was handed over to Mr. Veer Patel at the firm, who is a highly unprofessional, discourteous, and unpleasant person and would recommend avoiding at all costs. He lacked basic knowledge of the eviction process in NJ and I had to stumble around and figure out my options with no information or support from him. Thankfully, Lazaro Cardenas stepped in and got back on my case. Lazaro not only helped me get the rogue subtenants evicted timely, but went the extra mile to help settle the case pending against me from my primary landlord. In the end, it all worked out in my favor. I will highly recommend this law firm, but ask to be solely represented by Lazaro Cardenas.
