My mother in law who is 94 years old used Mr Cardenas to close the sale of her house. My wife and I live in South Carolina and to say that Mr Cardenas went above and beyond would be an under statement. He even went to her house on a holiday so she wouldnt have to leave her home to sign papers. I highly recommend him

This is the same as my other post. Patel soltis and Cardenas worked with me for 2 years to get a loan modification. It was a roller coaster ride. I lost my job during the process, had to evict tenants, was facing a sheriff sale, and had 3 previous failed loan mods. I almost had to file bankruptcy, but Mr. Cardenas worked on my behalf to keep me in my home. He walked me through all of my issues and even was able to tell me why my previous loan mods failed. I thank them from the bottom of my heart. They have multiple locations and I want everyone know how they helped me.

This is a great law firm for property matters. Lazaro Cardenas was my first point of contact. I had a tenant-subtenant issue in NJ where the subtenants were neither paying the rent nor moving out of the apartment. The case for eviction was filed in NJ but I had already moved to California, which made it extremely challenging. To make matters worse, my case was handed over to Mr. Veer Patel at the firm, who is a highly unprofessional, discourteous, and unpleasant person and would recommend avoiding at all costs. He lacked basic knowledge of the eviction process in NJ and I had to stumble around and figure out my options with no information or support from him. Thankfully, Lazaro Cardenas stepped in and got back on my case. Lazaro not only helped me get the rogue subtenants evicted timely, but went the extra mile to help settle the case pending against me from my primary landlord. In the end, it all worked out in my favor. I will highly recommend this law firm, but ask to be solely represented by Lazaro Cardenas.

I called for a consultantion which is free form all the other lawyers on this list. instead of politely saying they don't do this, I was basicly laughed at by the person on the phone. I will include a link to an audio of the call soon as I get it uploaded. FYI...
