This place sucks, they lock your card when you go out of town, because Donna is soo dam far. If you go out of town DO NOT bank here. They never answer, they always lie, i got an overdraft because of THEIR fault and i had the proof and they still denied a refund. They are not available after 5pm or on the weekends the 1 800 number goes to the bank, no call center, so therefore you don't get any help at all. This bank is only good if your trying to save money because they won't let you have access to your own funds. If possible i would give it 0 stars. Super bad service, even the supervisor and manager are rude, they should find another job is they hate it there so much.
