Happy to give my negative review, I just wish I could rate this place zero stars.In short, KCU's customer service is terrible. There was an error made on our account on a Friday and it took more leg work on my part than was necessary to get an answer from anyone until the following Thursday. When I did finally get to speak to someone and ask why there was no response from them, I got that it was "a miscommunication error" as an answer. I went so far as to email the chief retail officer and the president, only to be told that the situation would be looked into and they would "try to prevent it from happening in the future." Not so much as an apology for the mishandling of the entire situation.This isn't coming from someone who has been a short term member. I've had accounts with KCU for almost 20 years and had been an employee for almost 18. Kohler Credit Union has gotten too big for it's britches and clearly only cares about the almighty dollar and not their members. They have no respect for the relationship they have with their members - despite what their mission statement says.
