Do not give Kohler Credit Union your business. They are awfulFOLLOW UP A FEW MONTHS LATER:KCU has terrible customer service. Every time I've been on the phone with them (mind you A LOT since I have problems with them quite often) they are snappy or have an attitude. They also require you to always come in to get anything done. And everything always takes well over a week! I will be closing my account today with them and couldn't be happier. Do not use Kohler Credit Union.
