Feedback:

Many eons ago I stopped in this place. I think I fit well since I got on a cleaning crew for the first time recently. Besides I once had known somebody who had that name. Wherever I can be be if use, but still hoping that lifes progressions can be discussed with the right guidance, assistance and counceling. Life is sometimes part surprises, part your wishes and part left to decision making only you and who's in front of you to inspire, grow and hopefully laugh about. Great meeting toneight. Another new adventure(s) up & on it's way.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would!! After this I will never work for or be hired for a job through Kelly Services EVER AGAIN. It takes forever for you to get a straight answer in regards to a paycheck that is owed to you and when you do get an answer you find out you have to wait an additional week to two weeks in order to receive your money. Poorest business professional skills I have ever dealt with!!! Again I would rate NO STARS

Feedback:

Called them, said they'd get back to me. They never did. Set up an appointment, said they'd email me with further instructions. They never did. They didn't even call me to confirm the appointment. That's how serious they are about what they do.

Feedback:

You, corporate, should talk to miss Heather at the battle creek office. She is very disrespectful. Just by the way i was treated on the phone it turned me off to temp agencies all together. Terrible. Especially Kelly services.

Feedback:

I worked on the AppleCare project for a little over a year. I loved that I was able to work from home, learn new skills and meet new people from around the world.I started as a T1 iOS Technical Support Advisor. Moved quickly to a T1 Mac Plus Advisor, and ended as a Senior iOS Technical Support Advisor. The pay was great and weekly. The virtual work environment was like none I had experienced. Then came the constant schedule changes. Reduction in pay. Work equpiment failures. It is Jan. 8th, 2018. I, along with about 300 others were laid-off on Dec. 19th, 2017 with no notice. Maybe an hour. In September, their Plantronics device which we used to answer inbound calls, completely stopped working. It took them over a week to send another out and I was without pay. Other advisors had to wait 2 weeks and longer for their replacement equipment to arrive.I am still waiting for my packing materials to return my work equipment, they told unemployment that I quit. I proved that I was laid-off and they are refusing to pay for my 6 days of PTO that I earned after a year of employment.Considering we dealt with extreme customers, constant equipment and sofware issues, schedule changes at a moments notice, decreases in pay and poor communication. You should give some notice other than an hour about possible lay offs. You should have guidelines set that are clear about equipment failures and how employees can be compensated for the time off due to shipping times. I.e. how to apply for unemployment when your hours drop well below 40 per week. The letter we received stated to to KellyConnects declining performance on the AppleCare project there is a lack of work. Yet you hired new advisors and if you respected the ones you have/had by not rushing them up the tiers and including annual raises, allowing consecutive days off, not loading with additional hours and pushing everyone past their limits. Maybe your performance would increase. We work hard, loved our positions and appreciated the value your company brought to us. But decreasing pay not due to performance, last minute changes that we had to adapt to, mass layoffs with an hours notice at least 2 times per year, then not paying earned PTO when you clearly know the laws in each state is pouring salt on an open wound.I can admit the last couple months my performance dropped. But I was at 100% CSAT for almost a year, received 1 written warning and NEVER did a No Call/No Show. You blocked our emails and I still had a $100 Amazon gift card that I was waiting until Christmas to redeem. I can't get it now, but I am sure it will be included on my taxes.Treat your current employees better, a few of the people let go just got promoted a few days before the layoff. Make sure their skills are perfected. Your turnovers will lessen, overall performance will increase and you will have a great solid team of advisors. CONSReduced pay by $1.00 per hour when relocating to a state where the cost of living is considered lower. Went from making $16.50 per hour to $15.50 per hour and was told it was not because of my individual performanceScheduling changes happen without notice, often with 24 hours noticeNo actual benefits, hard to qualify for holiday payConstant equpiment and software issues, no pay or information about unemployment when out of work waiting on new equipment to be shippedCommunication is very poor with upper management and staffingMassive lay-offs. Laid-off 300 people with an hours notice, this happens at least 2 times a yearNo quarterly or annual pay increases, stunted growthIn the state of Arizona, it is a law that they pay you for earned vacation and PTO. They do not want to pay you for it and take over a week to respond to your inquiry about it being included in your final checkPROSAbility to work from homePay was decentGreat team members Decent virtual environmentPromoted from withinContinued skill training Fun contest, socializing is permitted, fun work-at-home environment

Feedback:

I am certainly not one for writing negative reviews, however, I feel this is warranted. I am incredibly disappointed in this office. I accepted a position in October 2018 which paid great and allowed me the flexibility of working from home. The contract was for a year, to end October 21, 2019. On the evening of 3/31/19, a Sunday, I received a phone call, and text communication from my contact indicating, unfortunately, my assignment ended that Friday 3/29/19 due to budget cuts and I was not to report to work that Monday. Although things like this do occur beyond our control, the way it was executed was extremely unprofessional, even more so being that I contacted my rep in January to confirm the duration of the assignment after over hearing work was running low.Furthermore, it has been an entire month, and no one has contacted me for the return of the office equipment, even after me reaching out to confirm. I wholeheartedly regret my decision to leave my full-time job and take a risk with Kelly’s Services. What an awful experience.

I used to work for Kelly Services and I loved it! I have been working for 14 years and recently retired, and I hope to return for a part-time job and I hope they take me back.
