Client Review on KBC Bank

Probably the worst bank I have ever dealt with, they tout themselves as an 'online' bank. When the snow falls they all stay at home and they dont even have online access to assist customers. I opened an account last month and have been chasing a lost payment for the last two weeks. Customer service is unbelievably bad. I am in the process of closing my account. Senior Management should be ashamed of themselves.
