Worst bank I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Their tagline, The Bank of You. Don’t believe it, they are the bank of themselves. Forget about calling them with any issues you might have - as in genuine ones where they are in the wrong - they employ a specific ‘type’ in their call centres - so don’t hold on the line for a resolution either. Don’t expect courtesy, professionalism, knowledge or customer service. The only thing they’re good at is marketing with their fancy TV ads luring the next unsuspecting victim.
