Client Review on Just In Time

Feedback:

I wouldn't say it was terrible but certainly not a dealer I would recommend to a friend. From the start I was sold a car that was worth less than any book value. Not to mention, they forgot to align the tires when I first took it home, so a tire blew out, Thank god it didn't kill me or my family! I purchased the new tire that they would not reimburse me for. After several calls to this dealer they finally accepted the fact they did not rotate my tires, and therefore booked an appointment and rotated them. One year into good payment history and no serious problems, one week before inspection is due I get an SRS airbag light. I hit nothing. Their was NO damage to the vehicle! Yet the light came on and the vehicle would NOT pass a state inspection. When I contacted the dealer all I got was "You must have hit something". "We need payment, or we need to do repo". Really.....well if you would have offered to fix the problem in the first place, which clearly was a defective sensor, I would have gladly paid for it. I'm out enough money. Repo it, affect my credit, bottom line....you sold a piece of crap and didn't give two craps about the customer! I would not recommend this place to anyone. You are better off buying a 500 junker and investing some cash into it. Seriously!
