Trash. Sold us a car that lasted a week.

Justin has always taken great care of me and stands behind the cars he sells. I'm omw to buy my 3rd car from him. I've been buying cars for yrs from him without a problem. I just totaled my car into a deer and hes helping me get into a new one seamlessly

I like that he gets his cars from PA. Their clean underneath. He fixes them up with good tires even when the Tires pass inspection. The Engines are clean. We got a PROGuard 3 at no cost. HE offers a lot compared to most places in the area.

Worst car dealership EVER, they ripped my son off and then JUSTIN PERSONALLY THREATENED me WHEN I CAUGHT ON TO HIM SELLING MY SON A LEMON. HIS WHOLE DEALSHIP IS NOTHING LESS ON a lot full of lemons and a SCam

Sold my cousin a lemon and refuse to fix it or rectify the situation. They keep hanging up on my aunt when she tries to call.

I have known Justin for many years. He is a very honorable dealer. I own Precision Automotive Service in Endicott and have worked with Just in time for years. He is great with his warranties. In fact I have witnessed him repairing cars and trucks for no charge, that are way out of warranty. All warranties must end at some time though. Most new cars only have a 3 yrs and 36000 mile warranty. So if the manufacturer will not stand behind a brand new car for more than that, I think it is obvious that every mechanical device will wear out. I can say with confidence Justin will stand behind his cars and trucks. Of coarse, if you hit a curb, or run on a flat tire, or drive with low pressure the problem is on you. If you have a bad alignment or a worn steering part Justin will fix it. He is great if he feels it was bad when it was sold to you. And, always remember, to be kind if you have a problem. It works better.

I wouldn't say it was terrible but certainly not a dealer I would recommend to a friend. From the start I was sold a car that was worth less than any book value. Not to mention, they forgot to align the tires when I first took it home, so a tire blew out, Thank god it didn't kill me or my family! I purchased the new tire that they would not reimburse me for. After several calls to this dealer they finally accepted the fact they did not rotate my tires, and therefore booked an appointment and rotated them. One year into good payment history and no serious problems, one week before inspection is due I get an SRS airbag light. I hit nothing. Their was NO damage to the vehicle! Yet the light came on and the vehicle would NOT pass a state inspection. When I contacted the dealer all I got was "You must have hit something". "We need payment, or we need to do repo". Really.....well if you would have offered to fix the problem in the first place, which clearly was a defective sensor, I would have gladly paid for it. I'm out enough money. Repo it, affect my credit, bottom line....you sold a piece of crap and didn't give two craps about the customer! I would not recommend this place to anyone. You are better off buying a 500 junker and investing some cash into it. Seriously!
