Very rude, they have no business etiquette. Got a price from one person, called back and spoke to another, who told me he couldn't offer any better than whatever price I was given before. Thing is how would he have known the price offered when I never spoke to him previously. He then proceeded to hang the phone up on me. You scrap people, come a dime a dozen. Very glad to take my business elsewhere.
