I have nothing but good things to say about Junk Cars. Called them Yesterday said they would try and be out around 5 if not the following day at 10. It ended up being the next day at 10:00. On time picked up the van and handed me my money. 123 and they were gone. And they paid me more $150 more than any one else around. Highly recommend these guys.

To be honest, I was skeptical to call based on the reviews I read on yelp and google, however I took my chances because I needed the car gone and I had a **GREAT** experience with them. They were the ONLY business that were willing to pick up the car from my house, let alone same day - and came within the hour! The guy I spoke to on the phone was very nice, told me a price (which the most I have been offered based on my weeks of calling places). I panicked and had to call back as I remembered there was a specialty DVD player inside the car that had to be removed. My husband was at work and wouldn't be able to remove until later tonight. He told me don't worry, the guys who come do this all the time and they will remove it for me. He did a great job and cut all the wires very clean.In the end I got exactly what was quoted. The car was not in great shape, didn't start and was over 14 years old, but had everything that was needed. In my opinion, even if they offered me $50 I would take it, because towing a car away would cost more.I think it's common sense the price is subject to change based on the condition of the car upon arrival, which is why I'm shocked so many people used that to post a negative review. As someone who had a great experience with them, I would say to people looking to give them a call, don't let those negative reviews steer you in the wrong direction. And yes, I would still post this positive review if I didn't get the price quoted.

Very rude, they have no business etiquette. Got a price from one person, called back and spoke to another, who told me he couldn't offer any better than whatever price I was given before. Thing is how would he have known the price offered when I never spoke to him previously. He then proceeded to hang the phone up on me. You scrap people, come a dime a dozen. Very glad to take my business elsewhere.

Finally got paid the quote i received on the phone. I called 10 places and junk cars cash paid me what they quoted me and the owner is a dynamite guy

I was very pleased with the service that I received. The process was very easy, they kept their word and they showed up on time as promised. If you have a vehicle parked on the street and it’s collecting parking tickets just get rid of it and put some cash in your pocket at the same time. I highly recommend using this company and I am not easy to please. The guy who answers the phone is a little rough but he’s harmless. I was taken back by the initial call but as I talked to him about what I needed he was very responsive. I think that he’s a very busy man so don’t let that deter you.

Just called to ask if they could pick up my van and they said sorry we dont service that area and hanged up before i could ask if they knew anybody they could recommend. So rude
