Client Review on John Kapelac - COUNTRY Financial representative

We were with this office for 4 years. When we met with John he was informative and helpful. They filled in the gaps in our current policy and we had great coverage. We moved from the area and needed to switch insurance providers. I gave them over a month notice of our discontinuation of service and it overlapped with a renewal which was the reason for the timing. When I called the offices staff the Friday before our policy would end, they acted as though they had no knowledge of this and were incredibly rude. I asked for Amanda, whom I was speaking to, to call me after she had called the billing office to be sure my automatic payment was stopped. When she returned my call she was very rude, gave me the information and hung up on me as I was asking another question. When I called back to find out how I would get confirmation of the policy ending another lady answered and once again was rude and would bairly give me the information I needed. I was very disappointed in the office staff after 4 years with no claims and no problems prior to today.
