I have been a customer of JenKap Country Financial for many years. John and his office are a big supporter of the community and he moved his business to this neighborhood to help revitalize the area. They help care for their homeless neighbors by providing food and odd jobs for those in need. They take pride in their business and safety for clients is important. Anyone that knows John or drives past businesses in this neighborhood will see what I mean.

We were with this office for 4 years. When we met with John he was informative and helpful. They filled in the gaps in our current policy and we had great coverage. We moved from the area and needed to switch insurance providers. I gave them over a month notice of our discontinuation of service and it overlapped with a renewal which was the reason for the timing. When I called the offices staff the Friday before our policy would end, they acted as though they had no knowledge of this and were incredibly rude. I asked for Amanda, whom I was speaking to, to call me after she had called the billing office to be sure my automatic payment was stopped. When she returned my call she was very rude, gave me the information and hung up on me as I was asking another question. When I called back to find out how I would get confirmation of the policy ending another lady answered and once again was rude and would bairly give me the information I needed. I was very disappointed in the office staff after 4 years with no claims and no problems prior to today.

Country Financial, is top notch. It's kinda difficult to schedule a meeting with John because he's such a busy man, but it comes with the territory when you're the ABSOLUTE BEST in Spokane.When I get to meet with him, he'll take the time to explain the complexities and difficult things about insurance in simple terms and he always points in a direction I feel like he would if I were a family member. He is really smart, but shows me the ins and outs and doesn't keep his knowledge to himself.I would highly recommend John Kapelac for anything insurance related.
