Leah Burkhalter, Vanessa and the rest of the ladies in the store treated me like a valued customer. I planned on only spending around $130 or less on a Electric Guitar. But I ended up spending double my budget on a Great Quality Guitar, Amp, and other high quality products. They have a wide variety of guitars in great condition at excellent prices! They don’t sell broken products or anything less then almost new. I actually felt very comfortable buying and very happy they treated me with respect way more than other competitors. I might be back for more from this place when I get back from the Army. Thank you again Jake aka Justin

The staff tells me a 14kt gold chain I purchased from another jewelry store was not real, because they are trying to buy it for nothing. Not trustworthy people.

I love going to jessups weather it is to buy beautiful jewelery or to pawn something. They always greet you in kind fashion and always so nice with their customers. I wish I could give 10 stars

I had a jewelry emergency. I smashed my finger and had to get a ring removed asap. They were quick, efficient, and super friendly and caring. Once my finger heals I'll be back! Thanks.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. I was in here forever while they tried to get my x-box 1 to work on there BROKEN tv. after i watched them BEAT ON IT for about 30 minutes they tried to convince me it was broken. i went to the pawn shop down the street and they immediately had it hooked up and turned it on like it has ALWAYS done. I was in and out of the other pawn shop in under 10 minutes with more money than they even offered me at jessups. They would not even look at my other brand new electronics at jessups and they tried to offer me 20 dollars for a laptop. This place is a joke please dont go here unless you want to get your things beat on and leave with no money. this is the second time have left here with no $ looking for a small reasonable loan. PLEASE don't waste your time here people.

VERY, very dishonest people here. I am not surprised to see other reviews describing the same practice. We were in a desperate situation and had to sell some jewelry. They told me that the diamond in my ring wasn't a very good quality stone and that it was an older style cut so there wouldn't be much they could do with it... BUT they would "help" me out and give me a decent price. Well, they are extremely good liars because I am usually pretty good at telling when someone is not being truthful and I didn't pick it up. About a month later, we had taken care of our financial issue, so my husband went back into the shop to buy the ring back. When he saw the price he was very surprised to see it extremely, substantially higher than they told me it was worth. On top of that, they told him that the stone was a "very nice cut" and a "high color quality"..... More than a little confused, he told them that I just sold it to them a little while ago and they told us it wasn't worth much so we were hoping to buy it back. They said that this wasn't the same ring. But, it was my wedding ring that my husband bought for me so there is no question it was the same ring. Bottom line: These people are CROOKS. Avoid them at all cost.

We decided to use Jessup's of New Smyrna for our wedding rings and were so happy we did! The staff there, especially Leah, was very friendly and helpful! If they didn't have what we were looking for they went ahead and ordered it for us anyway! They even performed repairs on my fiancées engagement ring and it came out BEAUTIFUL and didn't even look like anything was done. We will definitely use them again when we need to!
