It really surprises me that 21 people have given a 5 star review. We initially got in contact with this company at an open house. The lender and the real estate agent were working it together. The loan originator was Robin Boles and she talked a very good game and convinced us to use Premier. Once she reigned us in, she was ghost the entire lending process. She never once responded to my emails, never returned my phone calls, and would only contact my husband when she needed something. It was such a tedious process up to the very day of closing, which by the way, was changed at least three times. They were not thorough in asking for the paperwork they needed, so we ended up having to give them the same stuff multiple times. Shay Rodriguez was the only positive thing about the closing process. She really went above and beyond to fill the gap that Robin caused. She also handled the real estate agent very professionally when the agent was being pushy and demanding. Shay is the only reason I gave this review 2 stars. If my review was solely based on Robin's performance, it would be a negative star. She is a used car salesman and bamboozled us.
