Relief that you are in the best hands available. Relief that you aren't just another file in their business, but a person needing guidance. Relief that there will always be stellar communication from Jason's team. Relief that they will do everything in their power to be sure no surprises pop up at closing. I absolutely recommend them!!!

They are extremely helpful, extremely efficient, and they are always quick to respond with any issues or concerns you may have throughout your mortgage process. They know their job very well which minimizes the time required to close. I've used them on my last two homes, and wont hesitate to use them again on my next one. They helped me secure the best deal in the least amount of time. I'm very thankful to have people like them on my side!

I am a first home buyer, and this was the first company I had gone to after reviews and recommendations. The group there made my home buying experience a breeze! Someone was always available for any questions or concerns. Very responsive, always on top of things and made it seem as if you were their first priority. I have nothing but great things to say. It really surprises me that 21 people have given a 5 star review. We initially got in contact with this company at an open house. The lender and the real estate agent were working it together. The loan originator was Robin Boles and she talked a very good game and convinced us to use Premier. Once she reigned us in, she was ghost the entire lending process. She never once responded to my emails, never returned my phone calls, and would only contact my husband when she needed something. It was such a tedious process up to the very day of closing, which by the way, was changed at least three times. They were not thorough in asking for the paperwork they needed, so we ended up having to give them the same stuff multiple times. Shay Rodriguez was the only positive thing about the closing process. She really went above and beyond to fill the gap that Robin caused. She also handled the real estate agent very professionally when the agent was being pushy and demanding. Shay is the only reason I gave this review 2 stars. If my review was solely based on Robin's performance, it would be a negative star. She is a used car salesman and bamboozled us.

I received James Holter's name from my real estate agent along with other lenders back in January of 2017. I read several reviews and was impressed with the comments that I decided to choose him as my lender. I am so glad I did! He made the loan process easy. We were able to close in just over a month with how quickly and effeciently he and premier lender were. He kept me informed the whole way and made it incredibly easy and stress free. I will definitely be using him in the future if needed.

My experience with Jason & Premier Nationwide is excellent. Is a long story, but initially I was dealing with Bank Of America. After couple issues with the inspection of the house Bank Of America back off. & that's when my realtor suggested Jason & Premier Nationwide . What took six months with Bank Of America took 3 weeks with Jason-Premier Nationwide Lending. I started the process submit all paper work & I sign off my house in 3 weeks. Jason went above & beyond to help me

being a first time home buyer, the whole deal was uncharted water for me. Jason made it so easy to navigate, he was there every time to answer my questions and concerns. but that i think everybody will do these days to get good ranking and customer ratings. but what differentiate him was after almost yr now from the home purchase, he still answers and checks in to see i am all good. that to me is going above and beyond. he has build a trust in my book that i will not go anywhere for this need.

Jason and his team have helped my wife and me get our original loan for our home and recently did our refinance. Both process were very straight forward and clear along the way. Jason was able to do the refinance very quickly and we were very pleased. Highly recommend and will use them again in the future.
