Feedback:

Disgusting attitude towards tourists- way too slow and the worst experience I ever had. The man employee with glasses is terrible. We wanted tax free but he let other people who want to exchange in front of us so many times irregardless of our flight schedules whatsoever. That was too much. Disgusted.Response: I guarantee you that the vouchers were in my parents’ name, they were standing right next to the counter. Moreover, is letting other people in front of the line acceptable to you? All customers should be treated the same. Just because we were getting the tax refund, doesnot mean that other exchange customers are allowed to cut the line and receive the faster service than we do. Please be kind to send me your rules and regulations stating that some customers should get better treatment than the others! I appreciate it. Making an excuse just to defend your incompetent staff is not acceptable. We DID get our refund but we were not at all satisfied with your service. This is my review on your service and I strongly demand you to keep my review. This is my right and I want my review to be treated the same as other reviews.
