They charge 10% under market rates, which is typical for money changers, but then they sneak in a commission without stating up front what they are doing (their only explanation when I asked why I was not given the full amount on the receipt was to point to the sign that says the cashier may have extra conditions and state that the extra condition is an extra commission). Total cost came out to around 20%. At least I was able to get my original money back. Will go elsewhere. There is a bank around the corner that charges better rates and no commission. Saved me 50€.As to the business's reply, let me be clear that Nowhere on the posted screen is there any indication of any commission, only that extra conditions may apply. So apparently it was my fault for not asking what the extra conditions were ahead of time, nor were they ever disclosed until I made a complaint that the numbers on the receipt didn't add up.
