Im adding after reading your answer:You r not telling the truth to your customersNobody told me that there is a 14% comition on top the 0.7 lowest rate on eart hYou should be honest with turist that just landed in tour country I expect that you will offer me to undo the transaction .I got 1500 euro for 2500 dolars in the airportI asked the lady if that is a comon rate and insted of giving me the true info she said: yes .I now i was not so wise didnt duble check the rate But i expect dignity when im a turist in viena She shiuld offer me to change few dolars for the evening and in monday morning i could get few hundred more euros for my mony in the city branch.Its not good service , its not the way you should treat turists Its legal but not nice :(
