I am an executive coach and I had a very important offsite to lead for a team of global leaders who had travelled in from all over the world to meet with me in Texas — that's right Texas. However, last minute I needed to be in New Jersey to support a family member going through a significant surgery. I researched office and conference room day-rentals in the Red Bank and nearby, speaking to several other companies from which I could lead my offsite virtually. The professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail of the staff at Intelligent Office, particularly Kristen Ciamillo, outshined the rest. I had to nail this offsite and serve my client. Everything had to go right. There were less expensive options than Intelligent Office but they lacked follow-through and I doubted I'd have a smooth or successful experience on the big day.
