I've been using the reception services at Intelligent Office for many years now and entrust them to handle scheduling all my appointments. It has been one of the best decisions I have made for my business. The quality of service is invaluable.

I have been a member of the Intelligent Office Red Bank location for nine months now and I am very happy we moved our business into this location.The office space is kept very clean and is well maintained. They are constantly updating the office technology and the amenities for the members.The staff is the absolute best! Everyone is very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They are quick and efficient whether you are requesting something be printed or hosting a meeting for clients. I would highly recommend the Intelligent Office Red Bank location if you are in need and are looking for a professional space for your business.

Partner and I have been tenants since June 2019 and IO has met all of our needs as a new business. Reasonably priced, good location. The bonuses: 1) Great receptionists, adds to our professionalism2) Access to brand new gym in the Mack-Cali complex (2-3 min walk away)

We have been here for about 6 months now and really love it. It was the perfect solution for my coworker and I who were the two remaining employees located in NJ once our lease at a larger office was up. Great office space, nice atmosphere, and amenities. The office complex is great too with an onsite gym & cafe. We are very satisfied with our decision to come here. And the staff is very nice & helpful.

I have been a "member/tenant" of Intelligent Office in Red Bank, NJ, for several years now and the facility, staff, and services provided have always been exceptional and very professional. Kristin Ciamillo (the office manager) and her staff are always available to provide assistance of uncompromising quality and they are extremely responsive to my needs. Use of the facility and their various business services has provided my Consulting Practice with a very professional presence and has enabled me to easily expand my use of their facilities as my business has grown.I would strongly recommend that any businesses consider working with Intelligent Office Of Red Bank for a multitude of business related services and a professional address and atmosphere. I remain a very happy customer and will continue to expand the use of their various services as my business continues to grow and prosper.

Office space is spacious and beautifully decorated; staff is super helpful!! Located close to downtown Red Bank with great places to eat lunch. Highly recommend using their conference rooms for meetings with clients or even training sessions. They have a brand new gym that clients have full access to, and a brand new cafeteria, as well!

I have been here for 4 years and I plan on staying 40 more. The services that are offered here are absolutely outstanding. The office is always clean and impeccable. The office staff has always been professional and extremely helpful. Kristen goes out of her way to help anyone at any time when needed. Intelligent Office not only offers a professional environment but we are all friends here too. It is a great feeling to work next to outgoing and amazing people who actually care about each other. We are not just co-workers/acquaintances we are all FRIEND!!!

I am an executive coach and I had a very important offsite to lead for a team of global leaders who had travelled in from all over the world to meet with me in Texas — that's right Texas. However, last minute I needed to be in New Jersey to support a family member going through a significant surgery. I researched office and conference room day-rentals in the Red Bank and nearby, speaking to several other companies from which I could lead my offsite virtually. The professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail of the staff at Intelligent Office, particularly Kristen Ciamillo, outshined the rest. I had to nail this offsite and serve my client. Everything had to go right. There were less expensive options than Intelligent Office but they lacked follow-through and I doubted I'd have a smooth or successful experience on the big day. I decided to work with Intelligence Office based on my experience with Kristen and my prep with her. My gut told me I was in the best hands with Intelligent Office and I was! Everything was stellar - the space, the technology and the service. Thank you!
