Our Early Childhood Coalition has received generous grants from the Initiative Foundation for over 10 years. These grants have helped us work on projects in our community that increase early childhood literacy and assist local families in crisis and poverty. In addition to the generous grants, the IF has supported us with assistance from their knowledgeable staff any time we've needed it and provided training and consultations at no cost. We are very grateful and appreciative!

I was approached by a member of my administration with an idea to assist in supporting my struggling readers. I submitted my proposal to the Initiative Foundation and was granted the funds to purchase a product that would enhance their reading independence. I requested one item for a trial run but was told by the committee to contact them if found successful to request further funds to purchase additional supplies.
