Feedback:

This place is horrible! Avoid them. First they said I didn’t choice the 26th of each month for the automatic payments to come out. Then claimed they “fixed it” and I would just have to make the first payment manually. Then the second month the payment still never came out and when we called they said we didn’t set it up in the first place! This is place is horrible and very unprofessional. Avoid.

If I could go lower then I would. I’m not sure how they are still in business, this is by far the worst agency me and my brother dealt with. They said he owes for 4 months, not sure how that’s true because he has sent them his bank records several times and angela claims she never got them. When I helped my brother get the car a woman named Phyllis was extremely rude to him and I because she messed up by not checking her emails for the reference code at the end of the payment through the automated system. Fast forward, they want to take the car back ( which we really don’t care about). I’d rather them take it because it’s been way too many recalls and bad experiences with them and the car in general not to mention transmission problems. Made several complaints to them about the vehicle and they did nothing, when trying to refinance, we literally got the run around for 6 months straight! That’s unheard of! I will not recommend these people, they are not professional and are very rude not to mention they try to bully or scare you with their voices and rudeness. I honestly wish we never got tied up with these people. Stay away from them if you can, the lies they tell is ridiculous and any other dealership would not let a car go for that long period of time without some type of action taken.

If I could give no stars or negative stars, that would be better. They are horrible to their customers. They never send notifications about if a payment is late. They say that they call and email, but they never do. They will hound you over text message or phone calls when it is too late. They never return phone calls, and when they do they are extremely rude. I keep getting letters in the mail saying that I do not have car insurance. I do. You send them the information 3 times and they still send more letters saying that you do not have insurance. They will have your car taken and say that you owe 3 months payments but will never send you notifications before that happens. Any other bank or loan company would not let you go 3 months. so IAC are a bunch of money hungry crooks who take your money and say you owe the amount that you already paid. then after your car is taken you have to pay them again, and the tow that you should not have had taken from you in the first place. they lose bank records, paper records, and insurance records. Worst company ever!!!!! Angela and Delores are the worse people I have ever had to interact with. I am refinancing my car not because I want a lower amount to pay each month, but to get away from this horrible fake company that steals your money.

TERRIBLE COMPANY. If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would and I’m not even a customer. My father has a car loan with them, and I took over all of this for him because he is at his wits end with these people. They told him that they were going to impound his car because he did not notify him that he switched his insurance within a couple of days. Their website does not give you the option to do anything but make a payment. You cannot see a transaction history, look at loan details or anything. The people are extremely rude, incompetent, and unprofessional. If you have to choose between financing with them, and not having a car just make Uber/Lyft your best friend until you get your credit together. I am making sure he can refinance his car within a couple of months because it is truly ridiculous. It is highway robbery in its truest form. It is sick how they take advantage of people.

Couldn’t have been happier to have had the opportunity to get a car loan from this company. Prior to my divorce/ bankruptcy I had 800+ credit and then had to start from scratch. As a self employed contractor it is hard getting loans entirely...nevermind with awful credit. I was thankful this company was willing to work with me. I enrolled in automatic monthly payments and never had an issue. I just contacted them for the first time in almost two years to pay my loan off early and they were professional and friendly. Thank you again.
