Now being harassed bc their insurance dept has not done their job they told me my insurance lapsed it did not and they are trying to charge me 95$ extra a month my old ins good till 8/11 my new insurance started 8/4... idiots

I have worked with Shannon and several others for several years now and my vehicle will be paid off in a few more months. They have always been great and willing to help. I had my car over 2 years and the transmission went out. It was extremely expensive to repair/replace (shop of my choice) and I was not able to pay the monthly car payment and get the car fixed. I called Shannon and explained to her my situation. Within 24 hours, I was told to send IDA a copy of the invoice from the repair shop and they would just move two payments to back of my loan with no penalties or added interest. Almost forgot about this...I had originally purchased a car from a dealership in Cleveland Ga. The vehicle did not have an emission test and when I went to have it done in order to get my tag.....it would not pass.....the motor had been doctored up and was on it's last legs and going to cost a couple thousand dollars to repair. I had just bought the car 8 days ago !!! Of course the dealership was like "sorry, but it was "AS IS", no help from them whatsoever. I called IDA, and that's when I first talked with Shannon. The next day, she called me back and told me to give the car back to the dealership and they were not going to honor the loan agreement. Also, she provided me with names of other dealerships that IDA worked with and told me to go find another vehicle. That's customer service !

Very rude supervisor and having the most trouble with employees needing to know more than what’s trained on. Have been dealing with a payment due date change for weeks now. It was supposedly “CHANGED” until the old payment come around and it’s now “PAST DUE” and now it can’t be changed until past due paid. And they are reporting a second auto loan on my credit I don’t even have and it’s reporting delinquent. LAW SUIT WAITING TO HAPPEN

After over 2 years of paying off my car loan I receive a letter from an attorney stating that I have remaining balance on my loan. Never received anything else from IDA or anyone until this first letter. Thankfully I kept all my paperwork and have a confirmation email of my final payment. I would give this company NO stars if I could. I have reported them to the BBB, FTC, and CFPB for unfair practices. In the first letter from the attorney it stated I owed just over $700 and the second letter stated I owed just over $500! They can't even get the amount right, so how can I believe them when they say I owe something?! If you have a loan with them get a confirmation number of EVERY payment made, especially your final payment in case they try to go back after you in 2 years!! Will never ever do business with them again and will be filing a lawsuit if they keep contacting me about a debt I do not owe!!

They're all in cohorts!!! IDA motors, IDA auto body, & IDA finance!!!!!!I bought a 07 Infiniti G35 in October 2016. No lie!!!! After the 1st month, the car wouldn't start one morning. I called IDA motors (Joey was manager then) he suggested to send it to IDA auto body (John). John has my car for over a month but couldn't tell me what was wrong with it BUT he didn't charge to look at my car. I picked my car and drove another 2 months before it wouldn't start again. I bought a new battery...thinking that would solve my problem & it did for a minute. 1 1/2 month later & research)Google) telling me to pull the radio fuse, it died again, mind you the radio fuse controls the radio & the AC unit. I had to jump start EVERY MORNING to drive the sleek vehicle. I called IDA motors & IDA auto body so they could look at my vehicle. I dropped the vehicle off once again. To their finding, I had already had the vehicle 30 days & there's no coverage & that the radio head unit needed to be replaced. $430/mthly car payment that (at first was paid on time but after the car continued to give me trouble & I couldn't get any assistance from IDA, I was still making payment but really wasn't feeling me giving them a car payment on time when my car is a lemon. So I returned their vehicle, Voluntary Surrender, One year and one month of having the car. So tired of not being able to enjoy my vehicle that I was financing. See ONE star is for the 2 representative who handled my account. You two did try & I know it wasn't you...#IDAbusiness

This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. They called me about my payment which was paid on the 3rd and wasn't due until the 7th. It is the 14th and their system hasn't posted the payment. A very rude person called me and said I didn't pay and I advised that I need to call them going forward. She then yelled and me and said "Girl Bye". How rude and unprofessional. I will not have this car for long as I refuse to deal with them any longer.

If I could give them a negative 5 I would! Awful customer service. You’re doing a deal with the devil If you ever get financed by them! Interest rates are too high.
